I am of South Asian descent with light-medium brown skin and black hair. Tria is not suitable for my skin type - which is a shame as I would invest £700. Has anyone experience with Rio?

for the price of it it may be worth giving it a go, in my experience rio products are fine. look on ebay!

hi, I recived a Rio hair removal system for Xmas but due to cancer treatment didn't open it until 2 days ago.There are no instructions with it so I have no idea how to use it.
I went to argos where it was bought with reciept,they wouldn't help cause of the time thats passed since it was bought in November.The box was sealed & only contained the unit,the keys and a user manual with security code,thats it.The manual only tells you how 2 use it,who should use it,& how 2 turn it on.
There are no instructions on how to use it.All the other Rio kits I have already always have a cd with them but I don't know if this does or not.

Does anyone know where I can get instructions, or please can someone who has one please tell me how to use it ?..
I would be really,really greatfull to you!

The Tria/Pantone Markers are made by Letraset. Are they photo safe or archival safe?

Must the government issue some sort of written document indicating an act of terrorsim is Certified? Or, can just the oral admission of the qualifying events below validate Certification?

It has to be in writing - certified means, with the seal of the Sec. of Treasury attached to the bottom. You can't attach the seal to an oral statement.
